I get up about 5:30 for work everyday. By the time I am able to get to the gym to get my workout in it is 630 at night. I am finding that with each week I am just not finding the energy to do my workouts. What are you using preworkout to get ready for the workout? I am taking two HRX right now and it really isnt doing much to get me in the mood.
What else is there? I generally do better with pills or some kind of powder as opposed to something like red bull/Surge type drinks.
Spike works well. You might want to try Power Drive also. Its a little more subtle, but worth the price. I’ve also been on Alpha Male for a few weeks and I have good energy all day and all night. I haven’t had any trouble tackling any physical activity.
Some fruite a half hour before the workout might help. What do you do for a preworkout shake? You can always throw something into that.

I stacked HOT-ROX with animal stak 2 for awhile which has trib. I liked it but have since stopped using HOT-ROX.
Ergopharm Amp will have you karate kicking your door off the hinges. Not sure if they still make it or tweaked the formula, it’s been a year and a half since I used it. But I never had a bad work out with it. Helped me pull all nighter when I was cramming for finals too.
How many planned days off are you taking? A planned day and a day you didn’t make it to the gym are different things. You plan your rest accordingly, which will give you more energy the next day.
If you have long days, start the caffeine earlier in the day your better off with a constant stream and maybe a rush if necessary right before your workout, than letting yourself get tired then trying to boost yourself just for your workout.
The closer the gym is to your job the easier it is to go. Just convince yourself to walk in. Do an extremely intense 5 - 10 minute cardio before your workout.
