Pre-Workout Stimulants

I have an stressfull job and usually I´m forced to train late at night (sometimes at 22:00). Due to fatigue I not always willing to train as I was before. I´m tired and not always motivated… but of course I train and will keep on training no matter what.

I train perfect on weekends (friday and sunday, or even saturday and sunday), but I hate to do it in the middle of the week.

I´m thinking of supps to help me concentrate and overcome fatigue (both physical and psychological) when training late. I have my green tea extract (I use 2 caps pre-workout), and I consume a maltodextrin/BCAA´s+NAG (30g) during workout.

How about adding a RedBull or something like that? I would be for 1-2 sessions a week. Maybe a pre workout formula, or even a fat burner could work. ALCAR?

PS: I can´t buy Biotest products in my country.

Is there anyway you can train earlier? Like before work? If you take stims that late, you’ll have a hardtime going to sleep.

I suggest taking some time off to get rested so you won’t feel fatigue to train.

Personally, I use the stress in my life as motivation for a good workout. It’s nothing like letting go of all that steam and help you push harder.

I would also invest in some fishoil. Does good for mental health as well.

nothing like 200mg of caffeine or a Spike Shooter… just dont combine them… made that mistake.

Since you have a stressful job and you’re training late, I’d go with something like Power Drive. You’ll be focused, but not overstimulated.

Plus, in your situation, I think your CNS will thank you.
