sorry i ddint realizw how old the thread was, i just joined and I am trying to get ideas on cutting weight for a international rugby team i am trying to make. I am currently 140 but need to be 130. But I need to remain athletic, keep my speed up (4.6) 40 and a 28inch vertical. i dont want to cut too much an sacrifice power. Any suggenstions?
