Here are some pictures i just took. I am currently in a hypertrophy routine where i have 2 weeks left. After im done, i will be switching over to a cutting phase. Im going to be taking ZMA, CLA, HMB, Fish oil, MAP Arson, MAP creadex, and a colon cleanser (colonix) to reduce stomach bloating and to get that body fat down to see some abs
1 more
and another
my routine for fat loss is here… http://www.T-Nation.com/article/bodybuilding/real_fast_fat_loss&cr
height 5’9"
weight 168 lbs
my current 1rm for squats is 365 lbs
current 1rm for bench 245lbs
O and if anyone has anything to add i would love to hear input… should i stick with hypertrophy some more or go into this fat loss so im cut for summer, and then while keeping lean go for some more muscle growth?
If you are keen to cut you should go for it but I think you could continue your hypertrophy phase as it looks as if your bodyfat is still reasonably low.
youre cutting? why dude? to be honest bro you already look pretty cut…well not shredded but you obviously have a fast metabolism if thats your bulk, so id say just stay the way you are and keep adding mass over the summer. TRUST ME theres a toooon of chicks who like that type of body meaning having some actual muscle with a little fat over it versus being skeletor skinny with nothing.
Honestly, if you really ‘cut’ I think your gonna be unhappy and feel small.
You’re bodyfat is more than satisfactory, I’d say keep eating, but do what you want.
lol just like i told u last night… u dont need to cut right now… im glad everyone else agrees with me… . haha and i cant beleive u posted on rate my physique.
You squat 365…? Breaking parallel and everything?
How about post some wheels and we’ll decide whether or not that’s B.S.
Why would you cut? You’re already lean. If not bulk, at least just maintain instead of cut.

Me thinks it’s BS. A video upload would be good too…
Otherwise, why would you want to cut when you’re already incredibly lean?
and another for wheels
holy shit man!
why did you wait this long to cut? Seriously, you should never wait until you lose definition to cut. At this point your going to be dealing with allot of loose skin, stretch marks, acne, and your balls/penis will shrink due to syntrifical cell mass loss from increased estrogen and calcium phosphate synthesis.
Not to mention the effects that this will have on your liver.
How much weight do you plan to lose? Have you already been to the doctor for your condition? What supplements/medication are you planning on using to counter act the side effects of the SNTF?
Can you really break parallel with 365 with those legs? I’m not calling BS just want you to be honest about your form. You need to work your MooMoos up so they match your quads.
As everyone else said I wouldn’t cut if I were you. If there is a big beach/pool party coming up then the week before maybe just be extra strict, go for a walk and maybe do a water cutting phase. Again I don’t think you need to but at least this way you’d only maybe stop one week’s worth of gains instead of several.
Keep up the good work your upper back looks pretty good.
BTW how much do you deadlift?
ive nevr tried a 1rm for deadlift… i usually go for in my trophy routine 185 with my higer reps and keep getting heavier till i get down to around 6… i usually get around to 245 on 6… so maybe a 1rm im guessing i can do like 305?
o and with the squats… i dont go past parallel… it just causes pain, besides a full squat should stop when hitting parallel, when you start touching calves your gonna have problems in the long run

Finally somebody with honesty!
However, make sure the next time you tell somebody you squat 365, tell them up front it’s incorrect technique and a partial rep. People may get the wrong impression of you

Yeah, like bigger legs and improved overall strength…
well the only reason i dont go past parallel was because i heard it was dentrimental to the legs… the negatives outweighed the positives… but i guess im wrong… ill start cutting back some weight and get a full below parallel squat

so what your actually saying, is that you cant squat anywhere near 365… maybe you should not cut seeing as your already lean and start working on those legs and keep bulking, you clearly gain minimul fat when bulking so you might as well not bring your gains to a hault for the summer.
