I do not know how old you are but you do have potential. Your quads are seperated nice although need more size. Nothing a years worth of squats can not cure. Your back also looked good in the one shot you posted.
Work like a madman on you hamstrings. Maybe even set a seperate day for them. From what I have seen they are very weak from behind, not so much from the side. Which makes me believe that you do ham curls but shy away from stff-legged deads?? Am I right? If I am I would put them in immediatly. iF not then hit them harder, then that would mean your hams are just a bad bp for you. Everyone has them. My chest sucked for the longest time. I assume you are probably in your eary 20’s. If that is the case think of this whole thing as a marathon race. If you can improve by 8-10 solid pounds of muscle every year then in 8 or so years you will be a friggin monster.

wow u are dead on with that one lol. i have not been doing any deads until today which i am starting to do once a week starting now. i have neglected them on purpose due to a lower back injury(dead lifting freshmen year in Highschool) and relyed and 3xweek leg curls since. Like i said i am focusing on my back side in general a lot more and it will come up i just need to go really light so i dont re injure my lower back. Anyway im 20 and thanks a lot for your feedback. like i said though im clean bulking for about a year and a half and them goin to start dieting slowly at first and get on stage again in 2010 at hopefully 230lbs+ and dialed in on conditioning.
