The show is may 24 ( 10 days out). I still have a little time to work with and combined with the lasix i think i will be ok. i just have to not let up with the cardio and i can do some damage in 7 days time. your criticism fuels the fire lol

thanks a lot lilguy believe it or not i have been tanning about EOD/E3D for 2 months, but im a red head and all that does is make me redder. Thurs and fri i will put on pro tan coats and then finally a mystic on Friday as well. Saturday i will get up and put on a final touch up coat of protan.

If at that time i feel the need to be darker, i have some dream tan that i would prefer to never have to use again.

Be careful tanning in a bed. If you get dry skin or peel the applied tan will look like crap.

My personal favorite is JAN TANA. They sell the ph scrub to get your skin prepped for the paint. The color is aweful orange in sunlight but under the stage lights it looks perfect. The oil they give is great too, my fav that I used.

I wasn’t the biggest fan of Pro Tan. Most people I know that use it start applying it 2-3 days out and barely shower to get it to look good. I don’t like to smell so the morning airbrush of JAN TANA or night before application with morning touch up seemed fine.

You are definitely looking better keep up the work.

On your side chest make sure to have your arm that runs across your body come closer to your body. This will make your chest look bigger than it is, if there is a gap there it will appear smaller. The judges notice that kind of stuff.

Cortes criticism was about right too…

Looking much better though, but i am concerned your dieting is taking off too much muscle. What compounds are you on right now?

lol See how full u look after carb depleting! i am really seeming to get flatter and flatter everyday, especially my back. The same thing happend last year and i puffed back up after i carb loaded and thought i looked a lot fuller then 3-4 days out. i am still on the test, winny, proviron, and tapering down my clen.

When is your show, when are you dropping the test, or are you going to run the test right up and rely on the lasix to get you dry?

Have you done this successfully before? Do you know if the Lasix will drop that water in the time you allow?

Why have you decided to go with Cyp and Lasix rather than prop or halo (halo is PERFECT) or something?

I know multiple people that swear by halo leading into a show.

If you have more cyp I would suggest that you go more than one week after the show. I have never dieted down for a show, but from my understanding thats one of the best times to pack on some quality muscle.

Jesus, if i took halotestin i would take 10mg in the morning and be sentanced for life in the afternoon. I cannot risk myself on something like that, truthfully, i would love to take it, especially for a contest, i know it is a perfect contest drug… but i wouldnt be able to control the aggression!

I am dying for one of you lot to give it a whirl i believe at just 20mg a day it is decent for competitive type gains, dryness, vascularity, hardness, strength like a mo-fo, aggression on the stage… I may be tempted… just for a week or so upto the event … id have to try it to see if i am stable.

I think sometjhing like prop, mast and halo or prop, halo and bold would be great…

ya i dont have the extra gear but i figure that it will still be in my system for about 2 weeks in my past experience.

Dave, i saw what you wrote in cortes’ thread.

Have you tested the lasix to see how it is going to get you looking, and how - prior to the event?

Then you can truly know how much is water and what not… with Cyp the water really is there, (i know you know this) and it can make you seem a hell of a lot fatter than you are…

What do you think? Have you got your carb load stuff down? I take it you dont need to manipulate sodium with the lasix?

buddy i am doing everything i can, but this is my 2nd show and there is infinite amount of knowledge to learn on the subject. i dont think im goin to try the lasix pre show because i wanna minamize my lasix use.

FINAL WEEK:

Monday:
protein will be dropped from 400 to 200 from chicken breast,egg whites, and some protein powder.

carbs are at 30grams ( 2 slices of Ezekiel bread GI value of 34) in the morning with breakfast. dont count greens beans and broccoli.

3gals of water

salt load by very lightly salt all my chicken.

2x45 mins cardio AM/PM, train really high rep , pose 20 mins

TUESDAY:
Same as monday

WEDNESDAY:
Same except… no carbs and half portions of veggies. NO SALT.

THURSDAY:
Protien will be 100grams of egg whites

carbs will be 400g very dry steel cut oatmeal , and 150g from rice cakes, honey, jelly.

NO SALT

16oz water

FRIDAY:
same as thurs except only more simple carbs, just sips on water

SHOWTIME:
Up at 5a.m. start eating pb&j’s until i get on stage. sips of water. niacin 15 mins before i get on stage. except any awards/ trophies ect. GO HOME AND EAT

probably forgot something but that is similar to what i did last year with some changes i feel will work out better. on top of all this i have a fucking test on wed that i dont know how i am goin to get ready for on top of all this…gotta love it.

Swapping that for something like egg whites will do wonders for you.

yea i know…its just so easy. i have been trying to only take 1 a day

If you’re really cutting sodium, I would recommend taking out the egg whites and replacing them with boiled chicken. Especially on Fri. Also, halotestin is a must for me pre-contest, and the aggression (at least in my case) is greatly exagerated.

well… im getting really tired and low on energy i have decided to just keep my clen dose pretty high 120mcg and its helping. Cardio and training are on point so i just need to keep hittin it and i should be ok.
