PPL workouts order

How are you running your push pull legs rest routine?

PUSH PULL LEGS REST
or
PULL PUSH LEGS REST

My pull day is usually barbell row and pulldown, push day is bench and ohp and leg day is squat and sldl.

Either is those is fine. Run it both ways and then stick to the one that lets you recover/perform better.
You could even try push legs pull rest push legs pull.

How about PLP with two days rest after the last P of the format

Kinda depends on you, like @s.gentz said. My lower back and shoulders are my ā€œproblem areasā€ in terms of stringing days together. Legs, push, pull seems to be the easiest on those spots lately, so thatā€™s where Iā€™ll tend to lean.

Stealth edit! I originally had listed my order exactly opposite of what Iā€™d recommend. Now fixed.
