Powerlifting Parameters

I’m new to powerlifting and I love it. I’ve been lifting off and on for years but usualy it was just to try to gain weight and for sports. I’m now interested in getting strong and big as possible. I have the food part down. I have the intensity part down. I would like some experienced guys to help me out here. I’m naturaly small but I can pack on the meat when I want to. I’m looking to do both. I’m after a 50% strength/ 50% size routine.

I really only want to use the basic lifts like Deadlifts, Squats, Bench Presses, Clean & Presses…and so on.

I want a general overall big build but i would like to blow up my calves and forearms.

If anybody has a regiment i could use for this, I would gladly appreciate it.

I can work out 5 or 6 days a week and can do any lift with the heaviest weights. I just need the program. I don’t really know how to set one up.

ok, i’m not getting any help here. Maybe my question was too vague or just poorly asked. So, let me try again. DOES ANYONE HAVE A BASIC POWERLIFTING PROGRAM I COULD FOLLOW?

EXERCISES???

SETS???

REPS???

FREQUENCY???

THANKS IF YOU HELP ME OUT HERE. I’M TRYING TO GET STARTED AS A POWERLIFTER.

Look up “Westside for Skinny Bastards” or simply “Westside” programs and that should get you started easily. Joe Defranco and his boys.

Here’s some PL programs on spreadsheet:
