Eat everything.

6 days a week? What does your sets/reps look like?

Also just eat. If you feel you are gaining to quick, cut back or do some light cardio

is this serious?? or is this sarcastic?

Check out these articles by Anthony Riccuto:
Power Nutrition: http://www.elitefts.com/documents/fundamentals_of_power_nutrition.htm

He has a lot of great info about “power nutrition.”

reps/sets change i like the 5x5 i sometimes go as high as 15 reps

i like changing things up alot that is where i had most my success…i just dont want to be one who eats everything in site and be 30 percent body fat

And you’re into Powerlifting or bodybuilding.

There are much faster ways to total strength then going to that rep range

power lifting…what are the ways?

lift heavy weight for in a rep range lower than 15, stay in the 3-5 rep range on most training days and singles in preparation for meets.

alrite thanks man and as far as nutrition just eat and drink my milk?

leg press and powerlifting dont usually mix.

actually the leg press can be a very good tool for building quad strength specifically for breaking the weight off the ground in a deadlift, for a conventional puller that is.

…in powerlifting training the leg press is a COMPLETE waste of time. any progress that could made on the leg press towards the dead lift, could be better made squatting or deadlifting; end of story.

Tell that to Andy Bolton.

You reach a point where more work does not equal more returns. There’s a reason that it’s called accessory work…

To the OP, what kind of numbers are you putting up right now?

If you think this is true, I’d love to see your numbers…

I never said that leg presses should take the place of either squats or deadlifts. If you think that there aren’t movements outside of full-rom squats, bench and deads, that will carry over to these lifts, then I’d love to see your numbers. They must be very impressive as you apparently have more natural skill than the vast majority of the rest of the powerlifters in this world. You should consider reading more and responding less.

OP: this guy is wrong, plenty of powerlifters have great success including leg presses in their routines as an ACCESSORY movement

Yeah the question was about nutrition though not if i should be leg pressing

look up the article “Big Boy’s Menu Plan” by J.M. Blakely

But nutrition is pointless if you have a shitty routine. Not saying that your’s is though.
