Thanks, I’ve noticed a change in body composition and strength these last two months and my weight has not changed.
I bought my bands from elite fts. I use the mediums. They just about float a 100lb Dmbl at the top. I think they are a great tool.

I thought I would share some information in case someone might find it useful. This is T-nation. 2013 I had a physical and had my T and vit D checked. Both were low normal. In an attempt to offset age related decreases I went to You Tube university (You U) and studied the subject. Then implemented what I learned. A few months ago I had to have pre sinus surgery ( another complication of the radiation) physical. I had T and Vit D checked again expecting lower numbers because I’m 9 yrs older and recently got Chemo. When I got the results I thought the lab made a mistake. T was over double. Then I wondered if I could get it higher. I started Tongkat 2 months ago and just started my second bottle today. After this bottle I’m going to check T levels again. I’ll post the results if anyone is interested.
That is interesting. I have heard it can raise T levels on a podcast. What brand are you using?
Solaray vitamins, I believe it was Dr Huberman that recommended that brand. But I didn’t start until after I had the high testosterone lab results. I want to see if it will bring it up higher.

My youngest turned 21 yesterday and she wanted to go out for mimosas, I abstained. I can’t help but think consuming any beverage called a “mimosa” is going to have significant negative effect on testosterone levels.
