That last session was amazing. Great sets across the board. I was just going to comment on the deadlifts but the rest was equally impressive. Way to get after it!

Waiting for a squat rack.
Turned 56. Went back to cancer institute yesterday. TSH was up, which might explain the weight increase. Meds are being adjusted. Released from radiology department. After one year they say there will be no more recovery from the radiation. The lymphedema and lazy vocal cord that caused my voice to come and go, have both gotten significantly better lately. It’s been a year since I started lifting post treatments but not a year of training because I lost 2 months after the pulmonary embolism and 2 weeks after the sinus surgery. I’m anxious to see how much I have recovered after 12 months of training. I have a rack.
