Beautiful!
That picture makes me feel nostalgic, thinking of random films that would be on TV Sunday evenings in the UK during the 90s.

Nice looking sessions. That is a gorgeous photo. Good deal on the walking. Before we moved down here, I used to go walk a mile or two at lunch from my office in Raleigh, NC. I would walk through a nearby neighborhood and just enjoy the outdoors and solitude. Can’t go wrong with that. From my current office, I have a little dirt road that I can walk down. It is 1 mile long and ends at the intracoastal waterway. Might have to do that today…
Good photo.
After 3rd weekly trt shot yesterday I checked refill prescription and discovered I’m on 200 mg/ week. Noticed this morning that libido is pretty constant, and my rep poundages are increasing. Chest hair’s a bit longer. I’ve read that after 3 weeks changes tend to start, but I thought that was for young guys. More to come but I’m not anxious, yet.
I’ll post today in my account.

Squats
( Touch and go off a bench, I did all my squats before cancer treatments this way. Except 6 weeks before a competition I would go free squats and focus on depth. Since treatments I’ve been doing all free squats.)

Looks like I’m going to be snowed in for a couple of days, so I did my bench workout today also.

225 x 1
245 x 1
275 x 1
295 x 1
245 x 2
225 x 5 x 5
Thought I would give 300 a shot but 275 slowed down at lockout so I went 295 (with a little bounce) and that was faster then 275. Then I could not do reps with 245. I don’t know what is going on but things seem to be going in the right direction.

Strong squats and BP!
Thanks, I attribute it to the Deload week.
Suppose to be 80f here tomorrow the the temp will driop into the 50s.
Great work going on in here. I agree with Shane. Strong work on Squat and BP. But the Military Press just blows my mind… Very strong there. It’s hard to believe someone is talking about being snowed in. The southeast is borderline tropical right now, almost 80 degrees here today.
Maybe still celebrating cancer recovery. We’ve probably all now forgotten about that experience with your lifting numbers.
@hel320 @TM79 , 80 degree temperatures sound real good about now. I wanted to respond with some advantages of winter weather but could not think of any. The wind stopped blowing late yesterday so I was able to blow some snow and get out.
It was 91 Wednesday and 51 right now ![]()
^yep. Someone turned on Summer here.
I feel ya. Last week it was 50 degrees. I had 10 degrees when I left for work this morning.
I’ve only seen conditions like that maybe once or twice in my life.
True words on the advantages of winter weather. I can’t think of any either. That’s probably why everyone keeps moving down South. Well, that and the lower taxes.
