If I could go to sleep at 8:00PM every night I would absolutely wake up at 4:00AM every morning. Unfortunately, that isn’t really possible in our house nowadays… Best I can manage is getting to bed at 9:30 and waking up at 5:30. Maybe one day… Glad you are able to pull it off. Nice session too.

My gym is open 24/7. I know a few guys that go at 3:30 AM.

My sleep patterns are very erratic. 4 straight hours sleep is great, up for a few hours, hit the gym in the middle of the night or do my run, back to bed.

Went on a 2 1/2 mile walk down my road. It’s been years but I like’d it, complete solitude. I started logging my food on Monday, That’s new to me.

I started making a point to go on walks / rucks recently. Completely agree with you…it’s just nice to get outside and in solitude. If you can get some activity in on top of that it’s a plus.

I’ve changed my eating habits too. I’m down 10 pounds in the last three weeks. I am also using a lot of your supplement suggestions. I even have my wife taking a shot of pomegranate juice in the morning. Thanks for the information.

I swim in the river here so not much there. Stay away from the banks where the moccassin would hang out. Been rumors over the years of some small gators but never seen one. Philippines, only daytime swimming with spotters.

The main gym I use has an Olympic swimming pool and I have yet to work up the courage to use it. I think you are on to something with the swimming.

Some solid workouts in here. Those walks out in nature are something I miss when I lived way out in the middle of no where country.

Good luck with that 1,200 calorie deficit. I think benching 405 would probably be easier.

You can’t get food delivered to your house but there are so many things you can do in the country that you can’t do in town. I took this picture from my kitchen window years ago. It’s my favorite.
