Norwegian powerlifter (or mostly just a powerlifting fan these days).
Back is totally fucked up after squat accident, but i am trying to get back into competition. Hopefully it will happen this year.
Magnificent mobility by Eric Cressey and Mike Robertson has been ordered, and i think it will help me to get back on track
A low quality pic.

thanks alot.
Wish they where strong though…

Pic of the front.
Lots of squats and deadlifts definitely ads inches to the waist…
Or it could just be all the junk food

looks like chub to me
good lifts
Your shoulders and neck are definitely your best features. Overall, I don’t think you deserve a 6, but hey, what do I know.
Your shoulders look disproportionate to your overall arms. Maybe its a bad angle. It’s surprising that you don’t think their strong. What do you military?

You got that right
I have been intending to do something about it for quite some time…

I am sure you are right. I drink myself pissing drunk 2-3 times a week and i eat like 2-3 times a day
My bad back is also an excuse i like to use…
I think I could do better. But I doubt it will be done. I`m lazy as hell and therefore powerlifting fits me perfectly, more specific benchpressing
I am really discontent with my triceps development. I train them hard and can do more with the scull crushers then the military press…
The biceps actually looks Okey, for a powerlifter at least…
Military i do 80 kg/ 176 lbs

Hey you live in Norway? that would mean we are neighbours lol
I see you deadlift in a metal suit, how do you like it? i just orderd my self a metal dead and squat suit and im wondering if they are any different from titan and inzer…
Oh and how come are your lifts gettin weaker??[/quote]
Yes i do
I actually have family on Island
Not sure where in Island though.
One family member from Island played in a rock band called Farisenir (i think??). Ever heard of it?
I liked the metal squatter v-type (not the viking type).
I used it in both squat and deadlift. As you see i pull with a regular stance, and still i loved the suit.
Not to sure what i actually gave me in the deadlift. But i made good progress with it in squats. Just like squatting raw technique wise
I can show you an illustration of my squatting accident
(see pic above)
I can explain in detail if you want later

Thanks a lot

Biceps of course…
A major priority in my training
Geesh, if you’d cut drinking out you’d drop major weight just from that.
How old are you now??? And height?
nice.
I have to ask about the metal gear too now…You use a v-type squatter to deadlift with a conventional stance? I just got the viking v-type squatter and can’t imagine trying to do anything with a close stance in it.

I will cut back seriously on the drinking in 2-3 weeks, senior nationals are in April, 18.-20.
I am born in 1984, so i turn 24 this year.
Height is 5,67

Thanks
The suit i have now is a viking type v-type squatter. My personal best was set with this suit, but in the older fabric which was a lot better.
At the junior nationals i blew out my metal squatter v-type on the last warm up squat. And i was using the same suit in booth squat and deadlift. At the time and had no extras. So i ended up squatting in a Titan squat suit, for the very first time (a suit so big that i had to keep my shoulders lifted while walking towards the bar to keep the shoulder straps from falling of my shoulders).
In the deadlift i was lucky enough to get to borrow a metal deadlifter viking type.
I think it`s kinda difficult to straighten out completely with the v-type viking squatter. It feels good of the floor, but the suit really gives a lot of resistance at the end phase of the lift.
But the metal deadlifter is not at all comfortable…
And almost impossible to straighten out in, so for me the v-type squatter is a little bit better. Even for regular stance
