
Hello people.
I’m a 16year old competitive lifter from Denmark, and I thought, It’d be nice to have a log here, so I made one.
I’m quite new in this “game”, and my first meet is up 20. June, I’m really looking forward to it.
My best lifts are:
Bench: 115kg/253lb
Squat: 170kg/374lb
Deadlift: 210kg/462lb
My bw is just around 88kg or 193 lb.
I’m completing a cycle for my deadlift this week, then having a deload week for that lift, and after that, I think I’m gonna be doing a sheiko beginners 2, I’ll talk to my coach about that.
I’ll be posting my workouts as often as I remember. If I’m to lazy, make it clear to me.
I uploaded a picture of my back too, probably my strong point. Bench is weak as hell.
I’ve hurt my foot, can’t even walk normally, so kind of took an easy day today, I’m starting on the so called “extended russian power routine” monday, so it’s fine having a little deload.

I had an off-day today, but went along with the guys anyway, so did a little work, and they filmed me.

I do look at myself as a pure beginner, though, only 16, and never been at a meet, and as you see, my form sucks, but thank you anyhow.
Im also 16, and havent been to a meet yet.
My best lifts are a 265 bench, 385 dead, and 365 squat at a 220 bw.
Your DL rapes myn, and I weigh close to 30 lbs. more than you.

But your bench is better than mine… I’m a pure weakling at benching, nice talking to lifter my age, though. Where do you come from?
My first meet is, if everything goes as planned, 20. june, where I’ll be competing RAW.
I live in the U.S. With basically noone to talk to about powerlifting except on the internet. Ive gotten everything I know off here.
That 374 deadlift looked like it had 385 on there. How much does your bar weigh?
You should get youtself into some club, or whatever you call it in the US. I’ve done so, and it helps so much, because you’ll have a coach, who can give you critique and help out with planning the training.

Oh ive tried, the closest place to me like that is an hour away, and I dont have a car.
The closest place to me is farther away than that, and I don’t have a car either, in Denmark you can’t get your drivers license before you turn 18. That’s 16 in the US, right?
I go by bus.
Damn, that’s strange to me, 16 year old in a car, I’d lol’d it.
Anyhow, I’ll wish you the best of luck with your training, if just you put enough energy and commitment into it, you can achieve alot in short periods of time.

I had a training with my coach today, I don’t really remember all the numbers, but I got an easy deadlift single at 440 with good speed - my form has really improved.
I hope to do 500-530 at my first meet.
My coach wasn’t happy with the cycle I started, so instead I’ll start up on a sheiko #30 tomorrow.
I was at the national chamsionshipd today, and i am now a part of “projekt ungdom” - project youth, which is a team of the highest ranked junior and subjunior lifters. My first traning with the team will be the 28th this month.

Yeah, friends and ppl, those of you, who read my log will notice, that this ain’t the sheiko, I promised. I hurt my leg, and I will start that wednesday, because I cannot squat heavier than like 200-250 at the moment.
I did some high volume back work today, I don’t want to wright it all, as there was neither squat, deadlift nor bench…
But as a couple og highlights I did 8x115lb db rows, 6xstack pulldowns, narrow UH grip, and 15x220lb shrugs. I’m gonna be doing some shrugs, later on too, cause when I’m repping in deadlift, they are the weakest link.
