I have an idea and concept. Like yourself and your confidence will grow. Find a woman that you are attracted to and chat to her. If she is not interested, find another woman you like and chat to her. Sure…and everything you just said IS what Arash is teaching. Lots of these guys are missing the point and are quick to put him and his teachings under “PUA stuff”…but it really isn’t. He has moved away from from teaching the pickup arts and is much broader now in that he wishes to BUILD confidence in individuals and inspire strength…this unbreakable confidence translates to success in life (women, business, athletics, etc.)
I didn’t watch the video, but from the stills it looks like he should do some curls. Either that or don’t roll up the t-shirt sleeves.

If this guy is selling success in other aspects of life such as business success then I would double my distrust of him. I say this because the impression I get of him from his videos is very negative. He does not come across as likeable and I would/could not take him seriously if I was doing business with him.

You then get a link to read the rehashed piece of crap and get added to a list where you are sure to get all kinds of offers to purchase groundbreaking new programs and super secret formulas. Of course you will see reviews by first name people with last initial, and the full name of the other hucksters in the fitness industry. Hell look what happens here. People ask a question, and it is answered by references to authors or industry experts. The only credentials of some are that a whole lot of other people fell for it.
Same with this PUA pyramid crap. You’ll get bigger penis email offers, secret cologne offers, and a whole lot of other repackaged crap.

I’m familiar enough with the underlying methods of pick-up artistry or whatever else you want to call it to know what is being sold and the nature of the material/ product (actually studied body language for my own interest but the course also touched on PUA, NLP, hypnotherapy - they are all based on basic psychology and apply to anything from making an effective sale to picking up a one night stand at the Saturday night pox box). Part and parcel of selling the product is knowing how to construct a seminar and convey a dynamic presence.

That is a sales tactic of sorts. Get people are excited about what you are going to say, slide in your point or information very briefly, then tell them that you told them.
It’s all about delivering a whole lot of sizzle and very little steak. That way they feel like they really got something out of it, but in reality there was very little use full information if any at all.
