Power (or Chest) Expanders

hi guys
im one of those guys who because of an unfortunate financial situation, and being a student i cant afford a gym membership. so everyday at home i do my pushups, pullups, dips, situps, barbell military presses, curls and squats religiously. however i want to add some spice to my menu to gain some additional strength and muscle in the process.

there i open my argos catalogue(a huge wholesale store in the united kingdom) and i see a power chest expander with an additional power grip. my eyes just come out as it looks really cool. this is what atlas and the golden era of strength training atheletes used for their strength(i did my homework) however i would like to know who used it and if it does work. otherwise i might just as well buy some video games with the cash.
