Ok… so my legs and glutes are still worn out from my last squat and lunge day… But for today’s workout, I was wanting to do some Hang Cleans… I was wondering if it is ok to not drop into a full front squat, but bend the knees just enough to be able to flip the bar up onto my shoulders? I thought I read somewhere, maybe by Alwyn Cosgrove, that most of the benefits of the lift comes from the intense pulling up part of the move anyways. Thank You for your time.
