Thanks for all the advice. I went to a natural supplement store after work. It’s kind of pricey but we’ll see how it works. I got a b-complex mix thing and an adrenal supplement that’s supposed to help with energy and clear thought. I already have a good multi-vit. I just have to take it. I wonder if the ZMA is making things worse. I’m feeling almost hung over in the morning so I’ve decided to cut it out for a couple of weeks to see what effect it has.
In other news, the found my van parked a few blocks from my house. The ignition is torn out and I had to go the the police station this evening to get a release. I still don’t have it but tomorrow I’ll get my mechanic to get it towed to their shop. Happily my mats and plates are still in it.
I bet they were planning on keeping the van until they tried to remove the mats. At that point I bet they said “fuck it, these are too heavy” and decided to just walk away.

I didn’t think the mats would be going to far given it took a bunch of us to get them in. Last Sunday I was so stoked to get them in my garage. I think that was the most disappointing part about my van being gone.
Last night we decided to hit the GoodLife on Upper James for a bit of a change. I like that branch because it’s big and has a ton of stuff including 3 racks. They have HS racks which are good because I can set the pins so I’m facing away from the mirrors. We were squatting and because I was facing out, I could see that we’d generated a bit of an audience. When I was squatting I could see a group of guys watching and one was literally craning around stuff to watch. They may have been watching Frank as well but I was watching his depth so I couldn’t tell.

Agreed, that load of plates had to be a surprise for them.
I took out the ZMA and the trib and added in B Complex, Multi-Vit and an adrenal support type mix. It seems to be helping. It’s too early to feel the vitamins but I’m feeling more alert now I’ve dropped the ZMA. I’m not sure why it suddenly was hitting me wrong.
My other question has to do with an intense thirst I’ve had for about a month. It lasts for most of the morning and tapers off around lunch time. I’ve never felt thirsty like this before. It’s like no amount of water will hit it. My lips get really dry and I’m burning through chap stick and stuff. The other day I was supposed to be in court for the morning for a business related issue and I was getting a bit stressed thinking I wouldn’t be able to last for the morning because of the thirst. Happily, they settled it Still, it’s really unusual for me.

Brainstorming here:
are you anemic or diabetic? seems those are two common causes.
when you drink do you drink a full glass or just a few sips?

check for a low grade fever
extra stress can also cause those symptoms
no real answers but a few things to think about.
Those are all good things to think about. I don’t think I’m diabetic but I have had iron dificient anemia before. I didn’t realise that could cause thirst.
I’ll have to check on fever. Sometimes it’s tough to tell since hot flashes mask a lot However, I’ve notice pain in my neck so perhaps I’ve caught something.
There has been extra stress with the van theft, imminent job change and other assorted crap.
this may be a stupid thought but as it gets colder we shut our windows and the humidity in the house gets very low. I have issues with this at this time of year: dry crusty nose and throat when I get up in the morning.
I gotta say. Perimenopause/menopause really kind of sucks. I’m more affected mentally than physically so far. More despair at times than I’m entitled to. For sure.
Wouldn’t hurt to get a complete physical, O. Full blood scan. Rule everything out that you can.

I know you’re right.Perimenopause has knocked me for a six. The worst is more the mental effect. Do you have days when it feels like you’re thinking through molasses?
I think I’ll do that before I start the new job. My problem is that I think my doctor is kind of stupid and clinically depressed and I’m too lazy to find another one. Because I’m rarely ever sick or injured I get lazy about things and refuse to believe I’m not a genetically gifted super hero.

382.5-0 this didn’t budge at all. I think if I jumped to this after 365, I may have gotten it. As it is, I blew my eyes out, had a headache between my eyes and blurry vision for a bit along with pink freckles.

I totally get where a small increase in lbs. is the difference between a decent pull and an utter failure to break it off the floor. The floor is my weakness.
