Don’t forget the spot light to freeze them for an easy shot. Are you bicycling or riding motorcycles?

In addition, I’ve started taking creatine again. So far, the biggest impact is in the poofiness of my body. This afternoon had me sporting unbuttoned pants at work.

Last night we went for another bike ride. I love this time of year. We biked near dusk and saw four or five deer out on the trail. They were beautiful. Next time I think we should bring a cross bow.[/quote]

That brought a smile to my face. Rather unexpected

I have been on creatine for forever. Whenever I have been off of it for a while, then start using it again, I can tell a difference in how hard I am pushing/pulling and how many reps before fatigue sets in. I am going to cycle off during my vacation (end of July). Just so I can feel the difference when I start back up.

mmmmm, creatine and dbol, my favourites (note canadian-friendly spelling)

So those of you who are regular users of creatine, how long before you felt any effects?

Ksnap, I just picked up some Con-cret. It is in capsule form. I take one on non-training days and two 1 hour prior to training. They are expensive and are supposed to reduce water retention. So far, I’ve experienced more with it than a cheaper kind.

I would say that I notice it in about a week. They claim that it takes a bit to get “saturated”. I don’t know about that, but I take about 10g a day for the 1st week, then 5-7g a day afterwards. Of course, not everyone seems to notice a difference. I guess I am one of the lucky ones.

X2 on about a week. I don’t feel it liek beta alanine but but i do feel it.

happy anniversary even though I am late.

creatine- I never got anything out of it…
are you sure you dont just like working without pants?

I love bicycle riding on summer evenings. So beautiful.

P.S. A 225 lb raw squat at 120 lbs BW and at whatever you weigh now is pretty damn awesome.

I’m pretty stoked. I received both my new convict wraps and my altered suit in the mail today and had to try them out. It was definitely worth the wait on the suit alterations.

I got it on without too much difficulty using suit slippers.

w/up
225 - 3. It didn’t feel good and the legs were too high. I didn’t get any real pop from it. Frank helped me peel it off which took a good bit and I put it on again without the slippers. It was hot and humid as hell in the garage and took about 15 minutes using no slippers and lots of powder. However, the legs stayed down and the pop was a shit ton better.

Straps down/no wraps
225-3
245-3
265-3
They all came up like nothing.
285-3 straps down/wraps. Still easy.
315-1 straps up. Really though, this was like straps down since the straps are long. I may get another 20 just by shortening them.

Here are the last two sets. I’ll need to push to hit depth but for the first time out, I’m very happy.

Whoa! you’re getting almost 100lbs out of the suit!

Anyone would be very happy with that!

and nice colors…

Nice looking squats! Great job!
Glad to hear that the alterations seem to be right.

Very nice looking squats. You’re moving some weight!

Thanks, I was really happy to finally get it and see that’s it’s doing what I want.

I don’t really know what I get out of it. My raw numbers are weak right now because I haven’t trained raw in months and once I shorten the straps I’ll get a good bit more out of it. I do know that I look like a giant licorice allsort when I’m wearing it and that right there adds 20lbs.

Congrats thats a hell of a squat.

And Pink is your color too.

Amazing squatting!! Just fantastic. Nice!

the pink suit and black and white wraps are delish! and that squat is ridic. now I’m jealous. and hungry for some licorice. lol.

She’s a poet, and I couldn’t say it better.

That is definitely the hottest suit I’ve ever seen. Good choice.

nice work.

good looking squats,
and you do look like a piece of dutch licorice.

PS great sinclair too

You made that look easy. Nice work.

You smashed that, Good Job! I like the Pink suit and the Zebra stripped knee wraps. Got to show my Woman so she can get a set, lol.
