I have been using Berardi’s Get Shredded Diet for 8 weeks and I have lost 19 pounds of BF and dropped from about 18% BF to about 9%. I definitely look much better and I have visible abs when tensed.
However, I always seem to have a ‘potbelly’-like lower stomach that begins just below the navel and extends into the groin area. It is very firm to the touch (not fat) and I just don’t like the way it sticks out. I often see people with very flat stomachs from top to bottom and I was wondering if this is genetic?
Could it be that visceral fat I have heard about? Any ideas? Thanks.
