Posterior Inferior Ligament?

Did anyone have problems with their posterior inferior ligament and asss-to-grass squatting ? I used to squat before and stopped during 1-2 months and I began again 2 months ago but my posterior inferior ligament seems to “pop” when I put some weight.

When doing the squat movement without weight or with much less weight it doesn’t “pop” I wonder if there’s anything I can do ?

Do you have pain in the ankle?

Usually or just when squatting ? My ankles are fine but the ligament popping only happens when on the lower portion of the squat.
