Vigilantism is an unauthorized application of law. Brian Thompson wasnāt a criminal, Luigi just didnāt like the private insurance coverage he agreed to and committed murder. So what he did was vigilantism in the same sense that men wearing dresses become women, and I would circle back to full retard here.
