I think this is true, but worse than that, it got black people killed. Convincing black people that the police are going to shoot them without cause is a great way to convince them to resist the police. In turn, that is likely to make the police shoot them. Itās a self fulfilling prophecy.

Any good sources? Whether or not itās true, Iām interested in the story. Itās one of the conspiracies (maybe thereās enough proof that itās not a conspiracy?) Iāve always found believable but Iāve never actually seen anything about it that looks reliable.
