Post Covid Return, Circuits

Got hit with Covid,took me out of the gym for a month. Easy Go is much truer than Easy Come.
Had ideas about a circuit of 6 exercises to start. Didn’t think it was too ambitious, but dang, was it.
Still get fatigued pretty quick. Settled for a 4 station circuit.
Push Press
KB Swing
Explosive push up.
Goblet squat
5 reps each. Long rest, 3 work circuits. Gassed me.
Ended with Rest Pause pulldowns.
Was thinking 6, like I said, but in a busy gym, no can do.
Even if I could lay claim to the equipment, I didn’t have the energy.
Going again tonight. Hopefully can match output
