Just wondering what people thought of going back to the gym after abour four weeks off with this type of schedule in mind. (Was a bad chest cold along with a misdiagnosis they came with the wrong medication leading to a bad reaction…Whew!!).
Anyway, wanted to go back with CT’s pendulum bodybuilding and then CW’s SOB training to round out two months worth of work.
