I must have injured my right rotator cuff doing BTN presses 4
weeks ago. At rest it is a weird, burning pain. On certain
movements, like lying in the bed on my back and front raising my arm behind my head, it is also a stabbing pain sometimes.
Since the drop test was negative and I have all my
flexibility, a full rotator cuff tear is unlikely. Xrays were
done and a scan is sheduled for march. No bone damage is
seen.
Since I do not like to get surgery the next 2 years
because of a new Job and long trial time, I would like to get
it healed the natural way. I have heard of people that almost
fully healed it with joint complexes, cissus, peptides like
TB-500, IGF, GHRP, MOD GRF, BPC 157 and ACT-1. I also heared about PRP injections. What is your take on it??Â

Look up GHRP-6 and cjc-1295 (no DAC). I think it may aid you along with some Naproxen to keep any inflammation down.
