Peptide for Accelerated Tendon Repair

I know there’s plenty of thread about peptides, but they all have so much conflicting information and I’m getting confused.

I tore my common flexor tendon and its taken over 12 months to heal. I still get pain when lifting heavy, and I can’t row or do pull-ups.
I also have lateral epicondylitis in both extensor tendons.

I’ve been thinking about getting a peptide and injecting directly into the tendons, or just below them. I know HGH would be amazingly effective, but in Australia it’s almost impossible to come across, and disgustingly expensive.

Most of the threads initially recommended IGF-1 LR3, then some posters recommended MGF, then IGF-1 DES, then fucking GHRP-6 or -2, and I’ve just got no idea what’s best to use.

Looking to my smarter T-Nation brothers and sisters for advice!

Cheers

I’ve ran ipamorelin and cjc no dac to help repair my torn ligaments in my shoulder and it did help a lot. Not nearly as much pain and generally just feels better. Another plus is the sleep.

TB500

you’re welcome

I’ve just found all three available in Aus.

Thanks guys. How would you administer these?

Currently taking TB 500. 2mg once a week. I am on week 2 and have not noticed anything. I had a Slap Tear II Repair. I did not take TB500 for the first 4 weeks cause I wanted it to heal naturally. After 6 weeks I will assess to see if I am going to continue it.

2mg a week for 6 weeks will be my loading phase. When I researched it that seemed to be what most people were doing and getting results. Grant it, some were doing more as well. If I liked it, I was going to do 5mg for my once a month.

100mg 3x a day of each for 3 months.

First thing in morning, post workout, and right before bed. You also have to plan your meals around it as well.

How do you mean?

Had ACL reconstruction in December
I ran Labpe’s TB4 @ 2mg E3D for the first 6 weeks following surgery…i HIGHLY recommend it.

I have a 5mg vial of TB500. How many mLs of bacteriostatic water do I mix it with to get 2.5mg doses?? Please help tendinitis is killing me.

U can try this others peps, but I really have to tell you… I know you said HGH is not a possibility, but you’re not gonna find nothing more effective than HGH, nothing… I’ve been using 2 to 4 IUs for a whole year… i’ve never felt better in my life, no injuries, and I can train like a psico, if I feel some pain, it pass away in 2 to 3 days… if I do some real shit, the repair is quick, 1 to 2 wk, the pain pass away. OMG, this is one of the benefits of real pharma HGH. I’m using hormotrop… awesome!

Do you honestly not see how this is a stupid question?

I ran two kits of GH while laid up with a ruptured tendon in my elbow and a completely torn head of my triceps. I feel like it helped a lot. Considering my rehab for stretching out the tendon repair/graft, strengthening the injured area and recovering mobility went 50 percent faster than the surgeon and physios thought it would. GHRP and CJC would likely help, but I’d opt for GH or IGF.
