I’m really focused on improving my squat. I do a few squat sessions a week.
However I don’t want to stop my cardio completely.
What is the best cardio that won’t affect my recovery?
I normally do incline walk on treadmill or jog outside.

How often do you do cardio a week?
I’ve never hampered my squat when doing one intense session a week (which I considered a leg day on it’s own) or by doing speed-incline walks 3 times a week.
And for normal walking, I’ve walked over 5 miles a day as my only cardio with no real effect (I believe) on my leg workouts, it was too short a duration to be conclusive.
Sprinting
Ployometric work
both are sick cardio workouts
both perpetuate explosiveness
both build muscle, unlike what youre doin
that is all
O-H-I-O!!!

OK I am not looking to lose weight or get ripped, I just want to do cardio for health purposes without affecting my squat at all since I really want to improve on it in the coming weeks.
silverhydra, thanks for the advice I might continue doing speed-incline walks.
