Today began good, I headed to the gym to train legs i was really psyched. I ran a killer 6x5 squats followed by something i don’t normally do in my leg routines “dumbbell squats” hold your dumbbells to the side and do your squats
1st set 75 lbs each hand 8 times
2nd set 90 lbs 8 times
3rd set 95 lbs 6 times
4th set 100 lbs 6 times
uh-oh i think i f#$$ed up something in my left knee i can hardly walk there is a real tender spot on the inside lower area of knee and health insurance is currently lapsed
this really sucks i have been on an awesome high lately everything in my training has really busted through the top “in a good way” does this injury sound familiar to anyone?
