  1. N-acetyl-tyrosine if you like tyrosine, you will love N-acetyl. A great preworkout performance boost is 2grams N-acetyl-tyrosine
    2grams Tyrosine
    1gram acetyl-l-carnitne
    wash it all down with a cup of green tea 30 minutes before your workout on an empty stomach and look out. You will be strong, focused and powerful. All can be found for cheap and in bulk on line. I use beyond-a-century sometimes.
    2.Glutamine-waste of money & time. Eat meat. All the money I wasted on glutamine in years past I could have spent on delicious steak!

    4.Green tea extract - extra concentrated green tea. Great for fatloss, mood and antioxidant properties. I also love Tribex and Redkat by Biotest.
    5.Taraxatone by Cytodyne technologies was good when I used it a couple of years ago.
