POLL: Which HOT-ROX Ad Motivates YOU to Learn More?

As a 52 year old trying to stay in the best shape possible staying in the gym, lifting hard and consistent, as well as consistency in good diet choices are all critical. I can see how Hot Rox could really help especially with someone at my age trying to fight the typical issues with aging and not being able to get those few extra pounds off. However, the adds of all these 23 year old individuals, some at 5% body fat and clearly enhanced, does not do anything to connect with me—its not realistic for most and extremely difficult at best for others especially for individuals in my age range. This usually has the opposite effect for me personally and I’m turned off by the add.

E.

Bit of mystery, not overly cut. Not distracted by the full face. Attractive.

I agree 100 percent that all of these physiques are attainable without drugs.

People inexperienced with androgens often give too much credit for what drugs can do for physique development. Genetics plays a much more significant role.

I liked ‘F’ mostly because as a male it had a man in the add, and that this was the only one that was in motion or looked to be or have been training. The others were too posed for me.

Voted B. No tagline necessary, but if you had to…

The Reason, The Result.

I really like your feedback in the form of a tagline.

It’s interesting. Please explain your rationale.

I voted C. Tho I am a girl, I have never bought anything with a girl on the label or advertisement. I want something that screams max strength, not something to control my hormones or whatever the rest of the women’s products claim (which I think it could unintentionally blend into that category) I think a guy/girl combo would be OK. As far as the realistic ability to achieve the model’s muscles… I am fine with a visual goal being way over the top. Like I’m aware I will never have a ripped man’s body, but in my mind I certainly can have hope for an adequate amount of muscle toning. That is good enough for me to keep buying.

Guy/girl combo image - great suggestion.

T Nation/Biotest has always marketed to women the same as men. We promote and support elite fitness for elite athletes and those who train like them.

And we’re not going to be happy until 50 percent of our members are women.

I went with none, as i don’t believe any of these physiques were achieved using Hot-Rox. These physiques were achieved with hard work and a dialed in diet and maybe some compounds, but all could be achieved with the two former. If Hot-Rox helped at all it was maybe a very small percentage

To be honest I don’t get sucked into physique advertisements when it comes to supplements due to the volume of them. I did look at the strap line though as the cost seemed pretty reasonable. However the UK store is £45 a bottle which puts me off buying it as I’ve never used it before so don’t know the efficacy of the product

Option D piqued my interest for sure. I am after that flat, tight stomach just like the ad shows. In fact, I saw the ad the other day, and with the low price, I almost bought it!

We don’t want to admit this, but I think A and B are more likely to attract views from both demographics.
On the other hand, I agree with the feedback that men will then overlook the product as a woman’s health thing.
My favorite thought is @Nichole0’s suggestion of filling the ad with a man and woman. Maybe back to back with Hot-Rox in between them as the divider/ common link.

I like this idea! That would look really cool. The divider is a good idea so it doesn’t look like an ad for male/female enhancement pills.
(Hot-Rox could take on a whole new meaning if there’s too much sex appeal in the ad )

Most of these really do not appeal to me.

With the image being the only difference between the ads, I think you will see the most traffic response from Option D, but it will not be the audience you want.

I ended up choosing option F, because it is the only one that depicts action and power. All the others are more “Hey don’t I look good in a mirror”. If your a stage competitor, I could see the appeal for the other ads, but as I mentioned before, it’s the action and power that appeals to me.

Went with the “none” option. My reality is that no product is going to get me to levels that lean in just a bottle (or even a few bottles), unless they’re made of literal magic. Generally, my issue is that they show leanness, they don’t show transformation.

You’ve created a whole new brand!

I think A is awesome. As others have suggested, the rope is a nice touch, makes me think of athletic performance, which is what I’m attracted to. I think F looks incredibly silly, kind of eye-roll eliciting. F is probably the most polarizing, I was actually surprised to see that anyone thought that was the best. Really interesting.

I think the idea of a male/female in the same ad is really appealing, I’d like to see what that looks like. I found it interesting that one of the female ads was the one I most identified with/roped me in. I think A, next to C, would be a good combination, as it would demonstrate the product’s utility for multiple goals.

Honestly, these conversations are making me want to give Hot-Rox another try, haha. I took it years ago for a bit, but it was before I had gotten myself into REALLY good shape. I’d love to see how I react when I’m already at the top of my game/super lean.

Great to know that’s your belief.

But what’s it based on?

Please explain.

I hope you’re not in marketing thinking like that.
