Haven’t tried udos but that is on my list. I take GNC brand flax and fish oils. Works for me now.

I use the fish oils from Costco.

I like Flax oil mostly omega 3’s. I get lots of omega 6’s already in my diet no need to supplement more with a blend like udo’s. Healthy calories to gain with and my knees feel better when I drink lots 6+ tbsp per day.
