I’ve been using Udo’s choice oil for years and have been 100% satisfied.

I am however looking forward to the efa supplement that Biotest is supposed to come out with.

Hope that actually comes through eventually!

For flax I use lignan gold flax oil made by Health From the Sun. I also take fish oil softgels from Optimum Nutrition.
