yeah man, honestly with all of the protocols you’ve been running I would say dial down to a basic sup, especially for estrogen. Either pick one like dim and run a cycle of that, or maybe a mixed anti-estro sup (one that has a few ingredients) also this may be a good time to look at gentle, easy liver detoxes.
Thinking about it that may be your problem. I don’t know your liver burden but a lot of supps will clog the liver (just learned this this month). I would bet that if you could clean out your liver a little, your liver will work better and clean out your estrogens better.

how do you clean out liver? milk thistle, lemon in water, etc?
Yeah probably add in a few things:
ammino acids
liver detox sup
Cran+Lemon drink
curcumin
Lower all other supps maybe to nothing. Eat some liver detox foods. Eliminate alcohol. I have notes at work but not on me. Im just thinking off the noggin. Id probably also try and flush the kidneys. Ive also learned that just focusing on liver and not kidneys can also cause problems. This is all new info so I don’t have it memorized, its in my notebook.
I’m still on the program, next measurements scheduled for next weekend. I’m going to look at the results and then decide whether to keep going or not. Broke 2 ribs, though, so the training side has suffered Back at it from today, though, after two weeks off.
I dont really have a reason to try it but some of their new supps are really good. They werent put together by poliquin. RestoREM works pretty well, one pill and its night out. Im have a few of the others but havent really tried them because they arent in my protocol right now. Ill give you guys some honest feedback on Biosig and its pros and cons when I get a chance.
I had my biosig retest yesterday. I was down 5lbs of lean mass, probably due to the broken ribs and a couple of weeks off from training. My focus points were legs this past month, and BF on those points were all down, but now my triceps are up. It’s like a whack-a-mole game. Added Yang to the program and made a few other small adjustments. Next test in a couple of weeks. Hopefully training is getting back to semi-normal by then.

Im sure the injury is a big factor dude, keep going.
My advice would be to not go overboard on the supps yet. start simply and great leaner overall first before stressing about individual sites.
you really motivate me to lift w/ good form thank you for that. I am getting a pair of the adidas powerlift trainers for Christmas. Got myself an elitefts 6.5mm lifting belt on the way too. I have never felt healthier while squatting in my life once I started paying attention to my setup and tempo and all that. I have to get my insulin in check I believe due to storing fat on my stomach. Any tips to that? Cinnamon, green tea, avoiding high GI food, etc?

Thanks for the complement.
I have had knee problems in the past and training with slower tempos have helped me avoid knee pain and even make my knees much stronger.
If you store fat on the stomach that could be more cortisol than insulin.
Imo on of the best things i started doing for insulin health was IF and drinking LOTS of green tea and/or green tea extract. even though my insulin was already pretty good, going to IF really made a huge difference in my fasting insulin as shown by blood tests.
