Yeah Nikki, somehow this gunk has persisted. I think I must have a sinus infection-it’s happened before. I’m going to campus health within the next couple of days to see if they can’t hook me up with some antibiotics. Maybe they’ll even give me some real pseudo-ephedrine. lat pulldown: 115, 5x5, limited range on the last set
lateral raises: 15s, 3x8
back squat: 115x5, 135 4x5 I practically had to chase a pair of guys out of a rack. Every single one was taken the whole time. That’s a real mix of awesome and awful. There was also an Aryan poster boy doing trap bar deadlifts. I didn’t even know we had a trap bar. It’s like I discover a new toy in there every day!

Now you didnt hear this from me, but here is a tip:
Go to walgreens, ask for broncaid (it is available without prescription but its technically controlled substance). Each tab has 25mg of ephedrine, yes, actual ephedrine. Ive done it before, stuff works. A sniffle when you ask for it helps.
