sounds like fun - whenever I used to hit the club scene a few years back I would always dance the night away with my girlfriends. And picking up a boyfriend in a club is always sketchy at best. Sounds like you’re a smart cookie.
Lol thanks for the compliments everyone. I had to keep it “family friendly” this year, cause I went trick-or-treating with UNICEF. Can’t look too skanky asking little old rich ladies to donate to the savethebabies fund. The little old ladies loved it, too. I’ll keep that costume for the TOT next year, but I’m thinking for the real festivities maybe either Black Widow or Poison Ivy. My guys and I are definitely going with superhero theme next year. Plus, I’ll have hair by then…

barbell step-ups: 115 lbs, 5x5 … cause I was feeling adventurous. these were quite fun.
It was really crowded tonight, lots of cute boys I hadn’t seen before. Sweet. It’s always fun when there’s somebody in there who hasn’t seen me pull before, and I get to surreptitiously watch his reaction…the most appropriate description for most cases would be, “cowed.” It would be more satisfying if they weren’t curling in both of the racks adjacent to me. Although, they do make me look better.
I got significantly fewer red freckles on my hands tonight, maybe my blood vessels are getting stronger =P

then I got on the gasp elliptical thing for about 25 mins. I though I was gonna die, and when I got off my face was 18 shades of purple. I figure I ought to start incorporating some aerobics to head off my winter slump (aka SAD). I’ll do that a couple times a week, to start. The endorphine rush was incredible. Totally worth it.

also, abt the uterus bitching… i dont remember if you said, but evening primrose oil is a godsend to mine. 3 caps a day is all, and its relatively inexpensive. keeps the mood swings (well, the abnormal ones) away, cramps are minor if any, and the whole thing is much more manageable.

Yesterday:
had a plan, but the big brother (Cuffdunk) and his girlfriend (sacaudle) got here for their visit, so I ended up goofing around with them in the gym instead of following the plan. This was probably a good move, as I’ve been persistently sickly. Crazy hacking cough- first thing in the morning, my chest is tight and phlegmy and it’s a few gargly minutes before it’s all broken up and I can breathe semi-normally. I’m sleeping through the night (sort of) though, thanks to my new bud, NyQuil. One shot at bedtime, another around 3:30 am when I start coughing again. This shit needs to stop. Of course, it’s a good excuse to drink lots of hot chocolate.

Yeah Nikki, somehow this gunk has persisted. I think I must have a sinus infection-it’s happened before. I’m going to campus health within the next couple of days to see if they can’t hook me up with some antibiotics. Maybe they’ll even give me some real pseudo-ephedrine. I love that stuff,it’s a fantastic stimulant!

back squat: 115x5, 135 4x5 I practically had to chase a pair of guys out of a rack. Every single one was taken the whole time. That’s a real mix of awesome and awful. There was also an Aryan poster boy doing trap bar deadlifts. I didn’t even know we had a trap bar. It’s like I discover a new toy in there every day!
Bleh. I’m gonna go do some reading and sleep. Maybe I won’t wake up with racking coughs every few hours tonight.
