I’ve been doing a high frequency approach to bring up my lagging forehead the last 8 weeks. Critique welcome…
Okay I’ll go first. I think your shoulders need a little work, maybe some heavy rows and deadlifts. You look kinda hunched. You know what, you’re in luck, CT just wrote an excellent article called The shoulder training bible:
Can you also give your set/reps for the forehead workout and also how long you rested in between sets since I don’t want to over train.

I think his forehead is about as perfect as you can get. It’s big and quite cut.

What body fat % do I need before I can see some definition and some veins?
jet
This isn’t really my field of expertise, but I think all you need is some head trauma (preferably a combo of blunt force and open wound) to bring out some cranial definition.

Last I checked, the Body for Death program involved a pretty good supplement for this aim – I think it was an NO2/Virgin Blood Hydrolysate blend. If you really want to bulk the forehead, though, you may have to accept some fat with the gains and say good-bye to those striations and smaller, complementary gashes and flesh wounds.

Thanks for the link, I’ll give it a try. I have a slight case of scapular winging since that crazy chick slammed a machete through my supraspinatus in part 2.
I usually train forehead on chest day…
[i]
Chest/tris/forehead:
A1: Flat bb bench 8x3
A2: Hammer curls to the temples 8x3
Rest 60s between exercises
B1: Weighted dips 4x6
B2: Power cleans to the supraorbitalis 4x6
Rest 60s between exercises
C1: Cranium crushers x10
C2: Prone plate headbutts x10
C3: Eyebrow raises x20
3 supersets, rest 60s between sets

Here’s a picture form back in 1958 when I met my first girlfriend at Camp Crystal Lake. As you can see, I’m a pure ectobrow and I’ve come a long way…
20 eyebrow raises?
Are they weighted? if so what hooks do you use, cos the one i use just rip straight through with anything more than 5Kg.
Any help would be greatly appriciated.
OXOXO

Yes, they are weighted, and I use deep-sea fishing hooks. A homey of mine is into suspension and he buys the stuff in bulk. Don’t remove to barbs and make sure to pierce two skin folds at a time if you don’t have access to a spotter!
Here’s a pic from yesterday after my deadlift workout. I ripped off a callus during my PR attempt.
I did a search for the eyebrow raises and couldn’t find a picture of how they are done. I did 4141 tempo and started getting a headache on my last set.
Sounds good to me. Having a headache is like having sex. I do eyebrow raises two, sometimes three times a day. Each time I get a headache. It’s great. I feel like I’m cuming all day…

I asked a trainer to watch my form and told me it was my breathing technique. He also said that the forehead is a fast twitch muscle and that I should do less reps, is that true?
Basically, the forehead is fast twitch dominant, but I’ve experienced that mine needs a lot of volume and a pretty high frequency in order to develop it to its full potential.
By the way, here’s a pic of me doing grip work. I’m very happy with the definition in the frontal/parietal region, along with a well developed serratus, an unmistakable sign of full muscular maturity.

I for one would like to see this thread delve into the diet/nutrition area of discussion.
Nothing all to complicated here. I’ve been following the Necrobolic Diet as of late, eating a variety of fresh, unrefined foods, and I’ve noticed a very positive effect on body decomposition. Basically, I go low carb when I’m dead and carb up when I’m in an undead state.
According to recent studies, while your dead, your insulin sensitivity is low anyway and an insulin spike would only disrupt autolysis, my secret when it come to getting ripped. Conversely, the abundance of carbs in the more active undead phase aids performance and helps keep my metabolism up.
As you can see in the pic, the first few weeks of low carbing had my energy levels dropping pretty low. Not that it matters all that much when you’re dead.
Why do you ask? Previous studies have not found the legs to be a significant predictor of attractiveness.
Nevertheless, here’s a pic of the wheels. It’s a bit flamey, must be my homey’s crappy cell phone.
Don’t forget to vote for me! ;D
Dear sir,
It’s obvious from this photos that you are just another bodybuilder and will never have any real strength to lift like a powerlifter… or even climb stairs for that matter.
4est and his ilk may make fun of you because they don’t understand. i do and you have MY vote.
i just started the necrobolic diet and i have never felt this great. would you recommend supplementing with human flesh for the BCAA, it will be the perfect ratio?
Thought i’d share this great anti-catabolic supplement for the un-dead bodybuilder.
The product works by keeping fly (and their highly catabolic larve) away for your putrid flesh.
Another great supplement is phormaldihide, good for making sure you keep all your unholy gains post cycle.
my daily 1000 mg Repel 40 injections to the butt unbelievably stings and I can’t sit down or squat anymore, but my forehead workouts are through the roof and i feel like an undead beast. i’m considering becoming a zombie to begin supplementing with prions. they say all you need is in the ug range. anyone experienceed with this new powerful protein? it is still new in the US, but i hear it was a hit at one point in England.
years of being stuck in an undead platto has left me tempted by the dark side; Cosmetic Taxidermy.
I know what your all going to say, “you can’t flex fluff” but how else is a skinny ectomorph zombie like me going to get that much coverted ‘cannon ball forehead’ by summer?

it certainly was. we started infecting cows so that the virilant protien could colonize the brain and bone marrow, back in the hay day the extract CJD-abol was cheep as chips, but the french and germans kicked off and spoiled all our fun. boo

Yes, I’d go with Cannibal-Tech Humano Amino Anabol 2000 for its high leucine content.
Today’s training:
Workout of the Day - “Allison”
5 rounds of
bodyweight overhead squat, 5 reps
run 400m
kill camp counselor
The pic is from the 5th round.
Before some internet warrior jumps on my form, don’t forget the difference between thoracic (as shown here) and lumbar flexion. The best slashers get rounding in the thoracic region, albeit those who slit conventional often to a lesser degree.
We buttress against shear stress more effectively at the thoracic spine and as long as you have the motor control to keep a natural lordosis in the lumbar region, all is well.
