its true that crocop trains on machines in the weight room, but to say he trains horribly is insult to this hard-working athlete.
mirko does sparring in thai boxing and jiu-jisu and wrestling daily.
he does conditionong like a maniac.
he is 100% strict with his diet.

Now tell me what is wrong with you?
Where did I say that he doesn’t train hard. Damn, I admire him, and he’s my favourite fighter, but please don’t post about some methods for superstrength, like you said, cause that shit doesn’t exist. He is one of the best, because he trains like a madman, also Ivanisevic, B. Vlasic. No secret methods and similar stuff…

And yeah, I’m not an athlete anymore, but I was an competitive olmpic lifter for some time, so please, don’t talk about some superstrength, unless you’re not superstrong.

And that about 20 athletes was just a comparison (and a fuckin made up number, just out of my head, to show the situation), to show how fucked up strength sports are in Ex-Yugoslavia area. Few very strongman, of course there are some, like you, but please, admit it, it can’t compare with US and lkes.

And the fact that you are treathing me with a fight (or inviting me, it doesn’t matter) just shows how primitive you are.

I’m starting to wonder if this guy is actually a few guys in a dorm room somewhere drinking beer and laughing between classes…

Now you are just completely posting bullshit. I was giving you the benefit of the doubt up till this point but unlike your dumb ass, I actually know what I am talking about. AI is actually a really strong guy, yeah I do know, b/c I played against him while he was at Georgetown and my ex-girl is best friends with some of his home girls from Philly. AI would laugh at you for that comment or he would slap the taste out of your mouth rather.

Also, the dude is easily under 10% bodyfat. Why am I even wasting my time explaining this to you, you dumb fuck.

I met AI at the Four Seasons in Georgetown. Im sure there is no Four Seasons in Croatia. Anyhow, AI is definitely under 10% BF and is very well in shape and has the body for the game he plays. He also runs his mouth a lot, unlike Balbos, AI has game to back it up.

Short stupid story about AI. For the time I lived in the Philly area, I lived about 2 minutes from his house and he would frequent the local Wawa (upscale 7-11). One night myself and some work mates stopped there after a night out, and one of my workmates was puking uncontrollably on the side of the building. Well, AI and his crew roll up in a Bentley and an Escalade and start walking towards the store. Just then, AI stopped everyone, pointed at my workmate, and said “Shiiiiiit, that dude’s a fuckin pussy.” As we stood there in amazement, his crew started laughing and all walked in the store. As soon as we all realized what happened, we all pointed at the guy and laughed uncontrollably for at least 10 minutes.

AI was this guy’s favorite professional ballplayer. Last I talked to him, he is still pissed off about looking like an idiot.

Highlight of my time in Philly.

Gladwyne…Like I said, highlight of my time in Philly, Ha

no,i dont have some method for superstrenght, but i know more about strenght than you.your knowledge about this is very limited.
i just read about creatine, grams of protein, cooking and weighing food, whether to do 5x5 or 10 X 3,and you need some expert to tell you to do iron cross or seated good morning.
you are using russian knowledge which existed for 50 years in eastern block.
soviets developed whole systems for strenght and other athletic qualities.
when i hear that somebody values bench-pressing over military press i know he is not an athlete but a freak with a strange hobby.

         balbos have spoken

allen iverson plays in the league where average athlete is 2 meters high and weighs 100kg(220lb.) with low bf.
most of them are stronger than allen iverson, but he is the best player.
that was my point.
strongest athlete is not best athlete.
best athlete is best athlete.
can you comprehend this?
allen iverson is the best basketball player ever and best athlete i have ever seen. he has it all. athleticism, skills, mental power.
in almost any sport he would be one of the best.
do you understand what it takees to be 6 feet tall and 165 lb, and dominate nba league since 1997.
simply the best.

alen iverson is the best.
but he is not strong compared to most professional athletes.
he is not weak,either.
he has other qualities.
i see it clearly.
i know sports too well.

most sports are played with one leg moving the whole body.
sprinting, changing direction, jumping off one leg ,etc.
training one-leg strenght and power is basic to athleticism.
if you just hammerr some squats and deads and some power cleans, thats not enough.
no,sirr.
you got to have the whole system.
pistols, heavy lunges,step-ups on high box, single leg lateral jumps, dynamic and static stretches, any kind of good mornings, balbos twists, side deadlifts, bulgarian squats,one-legged training for stabilizing strenght, isomertic one leg training, training small muscles of the feet, training the calves for power, specific endurance for knees in lock-out position, increasing nerve efficiency in the legs who arre less naturally nerv-efficient compared to the arms, training legs to move neatly and under control, training and conditioning legs for lateral agility,…etc.
its very complex, but if you dont train legs daily and intensively you will never develop yourself as an athhlete to your fullest potential.
stay strong!!

your brother and true friend balbos

Thanks for the reply sensei.
I can see I still have much to learn and I consider it a priviledge to learn from the great minds like yours is.

people that bench more than they squat have bear-like body.
bears are much stronger in front-legs than in their back legs.

but men are bi-pedals.legs in humans are specialized for gross-motor skills like sprinting and jumping.

therefore they are built for great strenght, endurance and power(posterior chain).
upper body muscles like in the upper back, shoulders and chest are biult t oassist arms.arms are in humans biult for skills and precision.

so,why,oh,why all of you athletes are pumping your arms up and buildig up those upper body muscles and neglecting your legs?

now,i hear all those coaches say they encourage their athletes to do biceps curls to biuld them up to intimidate opposition.
are they insane?
body of an elite athlete is a precise neatly tuned machine.no room for 3 pounds of unfunctional meat on their arms.

when i see great competitive spirit of american athletes and all the resourses and infrastructure you have–and great success you have i feel sad because they could be better.muuch better.

but i wonder is it possible for american athletes, well majority of them to overcome their obsession with benching and curling.

where the hell is chriscml?
its his thread and its rewarded with 5 stars?

my brain hurts from reading these posts.

I’ve a phila. guy and the sixers are my team, and I would still not say that AI is the best basketball player ever. Are you forgetting Lebron James, Koby, Shaq, Dr. J, Michael Jordan, and all of the older greats? You seem to be. You are also saying nothing new when saying that athleticism goes far beyond size and strength.

You are no longer at all funny. Please Leave Balbos.

Mad Dog 20/20 is pretty cheap stuff and has contributed to many a person committing multiple felonies.

This thread is a car wreck that I just can’t stop looking at… the sad part is that this is just some troll.

If you are really in Croatia, post the range your IP address is in, and I can check to see where you are really out of. Just give me the first three octets (x.x.x) of your IP, so you will still be unknown, but the range can be confirmed.

At the very least, it will be much harder to fake than posting a few Cro athletes names.
