Please Critic My Mass Gain So Far...Thanks!

Hey all-

I am currently using Chad’s “Huge in a Hurry” program, on the 2nd phase of Get Big.
It’s been 7 weeks, and here are my results:

1)went from 146lbs to 156lbs.(measure when just wake up; no food)
2) put about .5 inches on biceps
3) got some fat on my abs
4) Improve my lifts by around 10lbs each major exercise(BP,DL,squats)
5) Am eating around 2500 cal a day(~200 protein)

Are these good results?
I have pics, but my pic now and when i started look almost exactly the same…guess 9 lbs doesnt show that much

Any opinion/recommendations?

putting on 10lbs and gaining only 10 lbs on your lifts is terrible for a beginner,

well its terrible for anyone but especially a beginner

im not sure how hard you are going at the gym but in 7 weeks after gaining 10lbs you should be increasing your lifts by more so based on that alone thats why you arent seeing much of a difference, little strength gain

My recommendation is to focus on bringing up your lifts, Alot more

Eat more. 2500 doesn’t come close to cutting it.
