Playing Catch-up w/ Squats

When I started lifting I neglected squats. Point-blank, I need to catch up with the rest of my body. Squat is the king of lifts, any suggestions besides just doing them?

That’s pretty much it. Squats are it for me at least. I’m sure some would argue that the leg press is just as good.

Strengthen your lower back. Deadlifts, RDLs, Good mornings, etc.

do more squats…haha…do deadlifts (on back days), thatll help your back and also work your legs
