Yeah it’s a pretty good exercise.
Static hold in the top position are also a good plank progression.
I don’t think we’re missing much by not understanding the intro, it’s pretty straightforward to do.
Good exercise but quite advanced.
I can see a lot of people hurting their backs trying this when their abdominals are no where near strong enough.
