Physique Clinic V-Diet

If you wanted to do one more person for V-Diet and wanted an easy time with it who you wouldn’t have to hound I’d be glad to do it. I’m a poor college kid, and food is really expensive I’ve come to realize, especially when you eat healthy. So if I can go all liquid I have to believe that is cheaper then buying chicken, fish, steak all the time. I know you weren’t wanting to add more as of now but I figured I’d offer my body up as a lab rat.

Just some tips, for me day 3-4 was hell craving wise. Then week 3, but only because I began to feel very tired. Don’t over do “cardio”, you will most likely be told to keep it to walking. Anything beyond that will stall you out. Also, be ready for around week 3 for people to begin giving you tons of comments. When they ask how you did it they then say it “isn’t possible”.

You have a team of people I didn’t have available to help you through these problems. You can do it!

Thanks for these great tips. I’m grateful for the advice from all of V-Diet Veterans. I admire all the dedication you guys put in with your programs.

Gus, Biotest is sending you your V-Diet supplies soon. It’s more than you actually need for the diet, but we want to make sure you have enough to transition slowly if that’s the option you choose (more on this in your Clinic… if you make it to the transition).

I’m tossing in some ZMA since you like it and already use it for improved sleep. It’s okay to use with the V-Diet, though not a necessity.

Also tossing in some Biotest BCAA. You have a lot of muscle; let’s add some BCAA “insurance” in there to make sure you hang on to every ounce of it.

Yes, you’ll be able to see it as he logs his training in the Clinic… or at least the part he’s doing. Chad actually wrote several programs for the book based on the dieter’s training age / experience level. Gus will be using the advanced program.

Thanks for the vote of confidence Sab! All I want to do is give my absolute best effort. I gotta be honest and say that I think I have a decent chest and I wish I had a monster chest! Thanks for the compliment, take care.
