Physique Clinic Open!

Would it be possible to have a second group, a control group. That followed the training program and nutrition but takes no supplements?

Then you would have a good comparison between what gains where just healthy eating and training and how much better it was with Biotest products.

Just a thought for us non-americans.

I’ll volunteer for the placebo group. I’ve always been looking for an excuse to eat wood chips and be trained by Zephead.

Just wanted to say good luck to the first 4 participants…reading through the threads, it certainly looks like they have a tough road ahead but I’m very interested to see their results and follow their progress. I’m especially interested to see how crewpiece fares…a wheelbarrow, bags of sand and giant tires. That should be fun to follow along with.

Hey Hambone thanks for the well wishes man!! I’m actually trying to find a non “pussy” gym to go to at the moment. If that fails I’ll be trying to find a truck to borrow from one of my friends up here.

I just moved up to the Midwest for work and it’s 19 degrees out and snowing. Haha my Southern ass is NOT used to this weather

Luckily enough for me though Feb. 1 I start work back down South and I know of a few hardcore gyms there with full strongman gear and such!

Pierce, where are these gyms?

If you workout in the dungeon below Fike they have a prowler, tires, and some other stuff. G7 gym is a powerlifting gym that has some gear as well, and I believe they have gotten more since I have been there.

I’ll be glued to the threads. I think this is going to be great to follow.

Give 'er hell, guys!

Also Canadian, and have asked several times. If you are a non-US resident, you are screwed. I don’t know what the reason is, but I agree that if we purchased our own supplements and were fine with it, then it shouldn’t matter. Its the coaching that is the real prize. Ah well…Berardi had a contest for precision nutrition members, where everyone was eligible. Sure he didn’t send out free supps, but like all of us non-US residenst are saying, we’ll get our own supps.

I put in my app - and I’m really excited to see if I get chosen in the future or not. I think I have a mesomorph body type, albeit one that is cantankerous to get into great shape. I’ve been lurking on here for a while now and have been taking tips, tricks and advice into the gym with me, and seen some decent gains on my own. I think though that this will be a life-changing experience for anyone lucky enough to be chosen though!!!

well it’s nice to see that you’ll include us old fucks

Good luck to the current participants.

Chris,
Is there any possibility for Canadians to be used in the future. I know that I have no problems getting your supplements to my door. Id definately like to submit an entry if Canadians becomes eligable.

Lol why in the hell would you smash a wheelbarrow?

You smash the tire the with sledgehammer man! Hahaha. I’m guessing I take the 45lb bags of sand and carry one at a time, over a certain distance, to the wheelbarrow. Then I run the wheelbarrow to the finish line.

As you know man I used to take our kegs from the parties back in the day and carry them around or do keg presses. Try taking a keg with some beer left in it and overhead press it. With that liquid sloshing around in it, it’s a killer workout!

I’m having a bit of a hard time picking up all the supplies though…they don’t exactly fit into my car!

I’m not sure if G7 moved or not man because when I look it up it says it’s like behind the CVS there on 123. Best of luck finding it!

FYI: We received over 50 new applicants for the Physique Clinic on Sunday alone.

I personally would opt for an Audi R8

I’m going to have to go with basically any variation of Aston Martin, but the V8 Vantage to be specific.

Just to be clear it’s G7 Incorporated, right? It’s on the other side of that fork in the road so it’s technically on 76. At least according to what I found.

Sounds about right man. I couldn’t remember what highway met 123 there, so thanks for reminding me. Let me know if you find it and what you think of it!

Hey Chris you talk about being able to resubmit an application to update your goals or other circumstances that may have changed since the last entry. Is there an amount of time we have to wait before we can do the resubmit, because if you try right now it gives an error and says you already submitted an application(which I can understand because you don’t want 1,000’s of duplicates on top of all the new applications you guys receive every day).

Also posting in support of a non-supp group for foreigners.

Chris/CT;

I didn't see this posted yet, so if it was please forgive me. Perhaps if you do another round of the "Physique Clinic" you could pick some "older" subjects. I am 47 and would like to see some trainees closer to my age, and how you would structure their workouts/diets. Thanks.
