Good luck, I am pulling for you, particularly since we are close to the same age.
Something you may want to consider is to get your T and E levels checked out. Based on your physique this may be a problem and will hamstring your results if it is…It’s just a thought, but more thirty-somethings have this problem than they think. Perhaps it had to do with the political correctness movement taking hold during our youth…I could feel it emasculate me day by day. Anyway, it’s just a thought, you can do what you want of course.
Hey, maybe you could squeeze some TRIBEX or Alpha Male out of Chris. Or you could buy it I guess but that is not as much fun.
I see your on a Waterbury based workout, are you able to consult with him? I only see Shugs as you coach.
Good luck with the V-Diet. I could never do it. I gag choking down shakes as it is, I could not imagine sustaining life off of them. I’d have an easier time choking down really cheap scotch, warm.

Chris, In your NEPA guidline entry you said he could walk 2 miles in 15 minutes at a 4 pace, and not trying to nitpick, but didnt want any confusion, it is actually 1 mile in 15 minutes at that pace.
KICK ASS Gus, can’t wait to see your transformation!

I’m an ecto that was following bizarre’s plan, and just reading Shugs analysis on you made me realize how I might be hurting myself trying to get as muscular as I can, but still running for 20 mins for two off days, and then using the Stairmaster w/ a weighted vest on the last off day.
But, I’m trying to become a firefighter and don’t think I can give the cardio up. Decisions, decisions.
And if you can learn anything from the Physique Clinics that got started before you, i think it would be that the more interaction with the coaches and the forums that you can get, the easier this may be for you.

Hey man,
Just wanted to say welcome aboard. Good luck, but like Shugart says, luck won’t have anything to do with your great results.

Never had my T levels checked out. Might be interesting to see.
I’m just taking whatever Chris instructs me to and maybe later I might take some of the Biotest T-boosters. Whatever the Boss wants done.
I have not seen the training program yet but I know it is designed by Waterbury and I don’t know if Chad is going to coach since this V-Diet Program is all Chris.
Hi Gus,
you’ll look great when you have shed that layer of fat which you definitely will. The V-Diet really works great.
Motivated by the Physique Clinic, I will do a second run of the V-Diet to finally get that six-pack. After the first run I had lost about 10 pounds (I did not do a proper transition phase).
I am looking forward to reading about the weight training program you are put on.
Hey man,
Welcome and I respect you for taking up this difficult challenge. My wife tried the V-Diet and we almost got a divorce on the 2nd week! Dont be fooled by its simplicity, brace yourself and write often but do not give up - I am in your corner.
Should be a great thread to follow and I cant wait to see the results. You will be a beast after you lose that fat man. Dont let the Nation down!!! We will come get you!
You look awesome even with the flab on the middle. Your pecs definitely stand out. Add me to the list of people who can’t wait to see the final results. Keep up the great work.
Thanks for the encouragement and support Chris66, Lonnie123, BF Bullpup and anyone else I missed. I want to make sure that you know I read each and every one of the posts in my Clinic and I take this program seriously. Thanks for the kind words guys and gals.

I wanted to get my goodlucks in before you start. I was very disappointed when bizarre didn’t deliver but I’m really going to enjoy following your progress as well.

You and I have a similar body type (but you have more upper body muscle than me).
It is going to be fun and inspiring to watch that spare tire DISAPPEAR.
Good luck and do us a huge favor by posting A LOT in your Clinic thread about how it is going.

Thanks e-loo! I’m real curious as to how the V-Diet works on me too! I’m taking Chris’s prep work seriously. He has some great articles that deal with the mindset I have to have to see those results.
I’ve never done any kind of mental prep work before dieting. I always thought that you just eat this and then your body looks this way in 12 weeks. I never took into account the pitfalls along the way that made me stray.
