Good question, but nope I’m not. I ran out just before this started and CT doesn’t have me on any.

Whats up buddy. Congrats on your progress-- you planning on going back to Tigertown anytime soon? I’m thinking about catching that UNC basketball game-- hopefully it will not be too painful!

Haha after last seasons 17-0 and then not making the tournament I don’t hold my breath when they play anymore ![]()
I will beliving there again come Feb. 1st so yup I’ll be back! (I will be working in Anderson now)
Hit me up sometime if you want to train together!
You lucky bastard…
1st you get picked for the clinic and now you get to train w/ Spybrook’s crew.
I don’t know you but I hate you and everything you stand for…Just kiddin’ man, good luck, I am truely jealous.
About you being lucky…it had been said that luck is where preperation meets opportunity, from what I have picked up of your recent and previous history, I definitely think this applies to you.
If you get serious about strongman you should check out the NAS website and go take a look at the “Extreme” show in Flint, I think on the 12th of January, should be sick.

Haha thanks man, your post made me laugh! I’ve been checking out a bunch of upcoming meets in both Michigan and SC but as of right now I just plan on watching. We shall see though!
I’m still reading your post daily… It’s the only one I check actually. Although the new guy’s thread looks interesting too.
Since the beginning of the clinic I’ve been following along with a similar diet. My training I’m happy with, but I’ve always had a hard time dialing in the diet. CT’s diet plan for you gave me some great idea’s.
I find it easier to stick to my diet when I see what you’re up to. Like, when you toughed out not eating the cake at your office party… etc etc. Sounds goofy I guess, but I’m like, “hm… CrewPierce can do it… so can I.”
If you can manage it, I think it would add even more life to your thread if you had some pictures of you actually training. (just a thought)
Keep up the good work bro.

Hey man that means a lot that I can help other people reach their goals! I’m glad me staying away from that damn chocolate cake helped someone else lol!
I would love to take some pictures of me training but most of the time I’m training alone so it’s kinda hard haha. While on the holidays I’ll have my g/f take some pictures or video while I train!

FYI:
This Sunday on my all you can eat day, I’m having chocolate cake! It also just happens to fall on my first day of the cruise. 190 here I come!
Crew I was wondering if you’ve ever worked out on a cruise ship? This past September I went on a short cruise for 3 days up to Canada and worked out one morning at the gym. The gym was located at the very end of the ship and there was a lot of motion from the water. I also remember their being only a small supply of dumbbells and all the equipment provided resistance from air pressure. I did manage to finish my workout but it was a new experience for me.
I guess a person could also wait 'til the ship is docked to avoid any bumpy waters before they work out. I also looked at the pics of your luggage, lets just hope the TSA person that checks your luggage is not a bodybuilder, they might find your luggage valuable. Have a great time on the cruise.

I have been on a bunch of cruises and your experience sounds like the typical gym on a ship although they are usually at the very front of the ship.
I don’t get sea sick and I have very good “sea legs” so the rough ride on the top of the ship doesn’t bother me.
Also so everyone knows, my workouts on the ship don’t count as workouts! Since I am going into a new workout program soon CT told me to count them as “transition” days and start the real workout the following week.
Haha I’ll be pissed if I see my protein gone when I get to Miami. ![]()

Everyone-
I’mn sorry my post aren’t as up to date as you all have come to expect. The service out here sucks and I end up paying about $30 everytime I log on!
Everything will be back to normal soon though and I will do my absolute best to keep everything up to date for you!
Not to make this into a competition but this is very much one, you better make the most progress I have a bet with a friend and I’m voting for you! You seem to be the most dedicated so keep it up.
Hey Crew, are you a mesomorph and ectomorph combo?
Hey Crew, you are my favorite person in this clinic, I follow your progress the most out of all the others in the clinic. Keep up the good work i am looking forward to see your progress.
I have a question though, i am getting ready to try the workout you are currently on, it seems like it will be good for me since i’m trying to build some size, but i was wondering if you do any cardio, and if you do what is it?
Are you lost at sea with the skipper? Giligan where are you? Row your ass to an internet connection. lol… just kidding… keep up the good work!
Oh, and what size t-shirt do you wear? I’m trying to figure out if I keep getting bigger if I’m going to need bigger shirts and you look about 10% bigger than me.
I hope you make it back to a computer soon…
