Do I get a cut?
Hey Crew, when are you getting a new diet? Im following you step for step, and I read your getting a new one soon. Let us know and keep up the work bud!
Good work on the bench press!!! 285 for your body weight is a good bench.
You said you previously had high blood pressure, if you don’t mind what was your blood pressure???

You know I don’t recall off the top of my head but I’ll be sure to look it up tonight and let you know! It was the first signs of hypertension though.
Dang guys I go on vacation and when I get back my rating on here fell by 2 stars.
Haha what’s up with that? Clearly you guys are getting bored with this or something, so let me know what I can do to make things better!
Hey All,
I was hoping I could get your help on something!
Between the deadlifts and all I have worn out my workout pants and was hoping some guys could suggest some good ones to buy!
I have long ass legs and since I squat every week I need some that wont make it feel like I got kicked in the balls everytime I try and do ATG squats.
It looks like Under Armor did away with some of their styles so I’m out of ideas. Thanks for your help! (oh and no suggesting anything that has the elastic legs to them haha not my style)
Crew, i was looking over your workout and getting ready to try it out and i noticed that you have barbell scott grip curls on the one part. Could you explain to me exactly what the scott grip is? And are the low rise pully reverse just a reverse curl?
Scott Curls are another name for preacher curls. Larry Scott made them popular so some people call them Scott Curls.
I do them with a close grip. Hope that helps!
Def helped i figured they were something like that just with a different name. I see you have back squat jumps, how are those to be done?
hey crew and all.
Do you know what the macro split looks like for your diet (new and old)?
i just wanted to ask if, before this diet did you include many carbs in ur diet, i remember you starting an AD log at one point. wondered if you normally tolerated carbs well and if you didnt, how do you feel with the carbs in the diet at the moment? (obviously mostly coming fruits and veg)
anyone else thats following crew’s diet that hasnt normally done well with carbs, how do you feel its affected you, mainly regarding fat gain.
awesome work Crew!

For back squats you use 20% of what you use on normal squats and do just what it says…jump! Haha it’s just like jumpies but with a barbell on your back.
They hurt.
Glad I could clear some things up for you!

My old diet NOT including my Peri-workout shakes was:
Protein: 307
Carbs: 239
Fat: 104
Total Cals: 3120
I am not sure about the newest break down as it wasn’t emailed to me.
Haha I’m surprised you remember my AD thread. I did NOT do well on that diet. I was tired and pissed off 24/7. I did however lose the weight I needed to for rowing so I guess it did it’s job.
I do well with carbs especially when they are all coming from fruit! I do get lean on low carb diets but it doesn’t make sense for me right now since I am trying to gain weight.
I would think most would do well with my diet since the carbs are coming from fruit not breads and milk.
Thanks for your support and I hope this info helps!
Hey Crew,
I just saw the new diet and was curious if you dip the shrimp in the oil, poor it on the shrimp, cook with it, or just take a shot of it. Thanks for the help! Keep up the great work! im having a freakin blast following ur posts… and im just a little sore haha
Thanks your the man!

ua is the most comfortable stuff ever. Not sure if you wanted something to keep you warm cuz you live in a cold climate of if you want something loose, but there are many options there.

haha I feel you on being sore! As soon as I finished the incline presses today my chest was hurting!
I cook the shrimp in the oil and then pour it all onto a plate. That way I don’t miss any since the shrimp don’t soak it up too well.
Thanks for following along!

I just need something loose since I get to move in 28 days!! Not that I’m counting or anything…
