I have a feeling I’ll turn into an ass hole on that diet real quick lol!

Not really, actually for the first 2-3 days you’ll feel quite good as the body will be detoxifying itself. Days 4-5 will be harder but by day 6 your body should be adjusted and you’ll feel fine again.
Then during week 3 you will actually feel yourself grow every hour, especially if you really pound some serious food in (meaning eating 200-300 more calories per meal than what I included).
NOTE TO EVERYBODY ELSE. Crew will be doing a shortened version of the anabolic rebound cycle, mostly because he has been consuming 350-450g of protein per day for about 2 months. But several other versions are possible and will be discussed in a future booklet or article.
One ‘‘milder’’ cycle which is adequate for those who have not been on a super high protein regimen (eating less than 1.5g per pound) is to compress all three dietary phases within a 9 days microcycle.
For example:
DAYS 1, 2 AND 3: ‘‘Base diet’’
Around…
1.5 - 1.75g of carbs per pound
0.5 - 0.75g of fat per pound
1.5 - 1.75g of protein per pound
DAYS 4, 5 and 6: ‘‘Priming diet’’
Around…
0.5 - 0.75g of carbs per pound
0.5 - 0.75g of fat per pound
0.75g of protein per pound
DAYS 7, 8 and 9: ‘‘Rebound diet’’
1.5 - 2.00g of carbs per pound
0.5 - 0.75g of fat per pound
2.5 - 3.0g of protein per pound
DAY 10 = REPEAT CYCLE
The downside is that it’s harder to plan the training approach properly with this compressed cycle.

Hi CrewPierce! I love your big shoulders and long arms! Do you have elbow joint problems with the heavier weights because of your arm length?
Kit~
Nope no pain in my elbows, my knees however…that’s a different story!

Yes I can and those usually feel just fine. It’s about the 1/2 way point that hurts so going all the way down is just fine. It took a little practice for me to be able to do that, but I got that when I was training the oly lifts.
I thought of you earlier in the week. I’m on spring break visiting my bro in NYC, and we went to his school gym to work out. There was a separate room from the gym with O-Lifting platforms, GHR, bumper plates, power racks, all the good stuff.
I go to walk in and the sign says ‘to be used by crew team only.’ I was bummed but I was like ‘I’m sure CP would love this, if he could only get away with passing for a crew member again haha.’

Holy shit Crew, your arms blow me away! Your front double-bi really shows how big those pipes are, awesome buddy.
On the shot of your back, are you flexing your triceps? They look sort of flexed, and they look big so I am just curious if they are relaxed or not.
Thanks for the compliment man! I don’t really think I was flexing my triceps in the back pictures, although to tell you the truth I can’t remember. Haha I was just trying to get that picture similar to my very first picture so I can get one of those side by side pictures up!

Ah, well either way it’s extremely impressive. Keep kicking ass buddy.
Been enjoying your Physique Clinic since you started. I can definatly see progress in your latest pics but I don’t think those pics do you justice. The pics are a bit washed out and hiding some muscle definition that I’m sure is there.
Looks like you are taking the pics in a room with an overhead light which is good. But it looks like the light is behind you and over the bed, and you are very close to the camera.
Try moving the bed or go to another room with an overhead light and stand farther away from the camera with the light 1 or 2 feet in front of you. So the setup would be camera → Light → You. Snap some pics and compare to last nights pics.

Wow great advice, thank you! I will certainly try that out, thanks again!
