Keep up the good work!
Man I know what you mean! When I first started benching I got stapled by 95lbs!! Then for the longest time I could never hit 225 although I believe that was mostly mental.
My goal is to hit 315 by the end of this phase. I know it’s a long shot but that’s what I have my mind set on!
im sutrggling to hit 225 currently. i think it is a mental thing as its the “big two plates” so to sppeak. Im rooting for you to hti 315 man thats an awesome accomplishment

I am guessing that it’s all mental man! I was stuck at 220 for months before I finally got so pissed off that I railed 225 for 2 reps. Haha it’s funny how breaking through any mental blocks will help so much.
Hey Crew, just want to say congrats on doing a great job so far. You’re really an inspiration for a lot of people - myself included.
Curious though - do you know why CT changed your diet to have more fat in it like it does? I am just wondering what the rationale is behind it. I have no doubt it’s genius, but I would like to learn, ya know? Haha.

Anyway, keep rockin’ buddy.
Thanks for the kind words and I’ll keep it up!!
I’m not entirely sure but I’ll ask for you. I would imagine that it’s to switch things up, keep the body guessing. Also if I get salmon and shrimp much longer I’m likely to become allergic to it.
But like I said I’ll ask him today about it for you!

Just read CT’s reply, thanks a lot for asking man. I can’t wait to see how you react to it, I hope it sends you through the roof with muscle.
Good luck with the 315, you got it.
thanks man I hope I’ll nail it! I will be so stoked if I get it since in less than a year I’ll have gone from 225 to 315!

Haha true that man, the good ol’ spandex…can’t have stuff flopping around and getting caught in the tracks!
OH LORD! My balls hurt just reading that! Come on!

Haha hey man you think I would wear spandex for fun? Hell no, but it’s better than what would happen if I didn’t!
Crew,
quick question:
when your workout says A1, A2 does that mean that you alternate the set for example; you do A1 rest and then do A2? or do you perform A1 and then A2 and rest after A2?
thanks for your time,
teebone2223

You were right on, on the first one. I do a set of A1, then rest then do a set of A2.
