Physique Clinic discussion for Barti

Hey dude,
Just wanted to say I’m proud of all the changes you’ve made, Physique Clinic related and lifestyle. Keep kicking ass
-Greg

Honestly, the change you made very few people on earth could make. I would say maybe the number would be a couple of thousand of everyone on earth? I know I couldn’t do it.

You sir are an inspiration for everyone and I think you should get on Oprah and become incredibly famous (she seems to have that effect)

I’ll even consider respecting the wolveri… nah can’t do that.

Screw Oprah, I want to spend an entire day with Thibs. I would even speak French.

Bartl - I have been following your progress and have been impressed all along with your dedication and work ethic. I just read your post about overcoming substance abuse at the same time and I have to say that I am amazed.
Thanks for the inspiration!

Don’t be. Cycling ain’t like running. Running is just hard when you weigh around 2 biscuits like us. The farther you go, the harder it gets. With cycling, the farther I go, the easier it gets. I don’t know why. You may respond differently, but I’ve found that the first 20 miles is tough, but after that, it just feels easy.

It’s like you become one with the bike and you become a machine yourself. I know, that’s cheesy as hell, but cycling is like therapy for me only cheaper. The Surge Workout Fuel will probably be excellent for a long ride. I just use “low octane” peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. It’s amazing how good a PBJ tastes after 30 miles.

I am a little nervous for my ride tomorrow. 56 miles is a long ways.

You know, it wasn’t as bad as I thought. About mile 34 I finally started to get tired. SURGE Workout Fuel was a god send. For those of you that might not get to try it, you are missing out. The shit is amazing.

so you’re now at the point where we get to make fun of you because you used to be a fatty.

hehe. you used to be a fatty.

me too, shave that beard, get a haircut, trim you toenails, or, like, pull a tooth out:) Look what you’re doing to us!

Great story bartl about quitting smoking and drugs and really turning around your life. Your transformation was impressive, but with this information, it’s even more impressive, it was a mental transformation as well as physical.

Keep up the good work!

Unfortunately I have body hair and I just de-haird myself about a week ago. Feel so much better!

hey man if you’re unemployed right now where are you getting money?

Unemployment Insurance? Savings? Those are the logical choices.

Hey, Bartl. I noticed you saying you don’t get into a rhythym with your running for awhile. Do you warm up? I think a brief warm-up followed by some dynamic stretching and some striders have you in the zone much faster.

All the above.

I have two second interviews temporarily scheduled next week.

Geez Bartl, you’ve rolled back your own stone and emerged a new man.

Isn’t it great to get to go to the beach in March and have it be sunny and warm?
